Rosadri provides Limited Warranties on our children's clothing, which are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery. Rosadri's Limited Warranties do not apply to any conditions resulting from improper care, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents. A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw in the fabric, stitching, seams, fasteners (zippers, buttons, snaps, hooks), or decorative trims that significantly impairs the garment's functionality or appearance.
If it is deemed defective, we will require photographs to properly evaluate the condition.
1. Product & Material Specific Details
Fabric & Materials – Our garments are made from carefully selected materials suitable for children's wear. The Limited Warranty covers defects such as holes, runs, or excessive pilling that occur under normal use and care. It does not cover normal fading, minor shrinkage, or pilling that results from improper washing or drying.
Seams & Stitching – We warrant that all seams and stitching will remain intact under normal wear. Defects such as unraveling seams or broken stitches are covered. Damage caused by pulling, snagging, or excessive force is excluded.
Fasteners (Zippers, Buttons, Snaps, Hooks) – Functional fasteners are warranted against breakage or malfunction under normal use. This excludes damage caused by forced closure, entangling, or improper care.
Prints & Embellishments – We warrant that screen prints, embroidery, patches, and other decorative elements will remain securely attached under normal wear and care. Peeling, cracking, or detachment due to improper washing, ironing, or abrasion is not covered.
2. These Limited Warranties do not cover any damage due to:
● lack of appropriate care and maintenance (including incorrect washing, drying, or ironing);
● misuse or improper handling (e.g., pulling, excessive stretching);
● use of improper cleaning products, bleach, or chemicals;
● normal wear and tear (e.g., gradual fading, minor pilling);
● accidental tears, cuts, or burns;
● mold or mildew;
● vandalism, pets, or rodents;
● acts of nature (ice, flooding, wind, etc.);
● unauthorized repairs or alterations;
● excessive pulling, stretching, or force applied to the garment.
